Our Ongoing and Proactive Response to COVID-19

It goes without saying that health and safety should be a top priority for any business or organization as we navigate these unprecedented times. Even though we are still offering our services, our team at Art Work FAS makes every effort to stay up-to-date with the latest news related to COVID-19. Our current safety regulations and temporary protocols are based on the Art Service Workers Safety Coalition, CDC guidelines, and restrictions set by state and local health officials. In turn, we are proactively making adjustments to our operations and implementing new safety measures to ensure the safety of our team, our clients, and our communities.

With this in mind, we hope our trusted clients and partners understand that while we are fully prepared to provide the best services in fine art storage, transportation, and installation, it may take us longer than usual to complete each project or delivery. We are putting health and safety first, and this may affect our ability to meet our standard deadlines.

We are assessing each job to ensure that all safety protocols are properly implemented. Our staff is continuously training on proper social distancing guidelines and will come to each job prepared with personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of face coverings, latex or nitrile gloves, and hand sanitizer.

We kindly ask that our clients also follow the below safety guidelines to ensure that all parties involved are protected:

Safety Guidelines for Art Work FAS Clients

First, we ask that clients, immediate staff, contractors, and vendors at each location are prepared with PPE. To help fulfill this request, our team is providing our client’s staff with PPE kits when needed!

Our clients’ safety is important to us. If possible, artworks or objects to be viewed and/or collected will be staged in advance in a sanitized, well-ventilated area with adequate space for proper social distancing to be observed. If the client does not have adequate space, we just ask that they inform us in advance so that additional PPE can be provided, or an alternative plan for viewing and/or packing of objects can be arranged!

If the client requires additional safety measures beyond what we have in place, we ask that they inform us well in advance of our visit so that preparations can be made. Furthermore, we would also like to be informed in the event that someone at a client’s location, either before or within 14 days of our visit, is exhibiting known symptoms of COVID-19.

It’s important to continue doing things that spark joy as a way of staying positive and hopeful during this time. We share the same love and passion for art as our clients, and that’s why we choose to dedicate our time to proudly serve them and all their fine art needs. We are in this together!
